Restaurant management system with POS, online orders, reservations, and dues tracking
Olio The Cafe & Resto is a production restaurant management system that combines a polished customer-facing website with a Firebase-backed admin suite for POS billing, live order management, table reservations, menu operations, customer records, reviews, settings, and dues tracking.
The restaurant needed one practical platform where customers could order online or reserve a table while the owner and staff could run POS, orders, menu updates, customer records, reviews, and financial dues from an admin panel.
Built a React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and Firebase application with a luxury landing page, digital menu, Bengali and English language support, Firestore-powered admin workflows, multi-method payment tracking, WhatsApp receipt support, and PDF receipt/report generation.
Delivered a Bangladesh-ready restaurant operations platform that centralizes daily sales, online and dine-in ordering, reservations, menu control, customer communication, and baki/dues history under one deployable Firebase system.
