Lead Architect — Full-Service Digital Agency Platform with CMS & Admin Suite
A production-grade international digital agency website built from the ground up for EquiSaaS Agency. Features a brutalist monochrome design system, a fully dynamic CMS-powered admin dashboard for managing services, site content, and inquiries, dual-currency (USD/BDT) service pricing, a project estimation calculator, and AEO/GEO-optimized schema markup for global search visibility.
EquiSaaS Agency needed a premium international web presence that could compete globally, while also being fully self-managed by a non-technical admin — without relying on third-party CMS platforms like WordPress.
Engineered a Next.js 15 static-export application with a custom Firebase Firestore backend. Designed a role-based admin dashboard with access control (super-admin restricted), real-time CRUD for services, site content and FAQs, dual-currency pricing, and an inquiry management system. Implemented FAQPage JSON-LD schema, Organization structured data, and SEO metadata for AI-search (AEO/GEO) visibility.
Delivered a scalable, SEO-ready, fully self-managed agency platform deployed on Firebase Hosting with sub-3-second load times, zero vendor lock-in, and a complete backend that the client controls end-to-end.
